When health is reduced by half, Wither gains armor, making him immune to arrows.
The firing speed of Wither’s skulls has also been increased.

New mob in the Nether – Skeleton Witcher.
A new mob that can be summoned by building a structure made of soul sand in the shape of the letter “T”, and on top are three skulls of Skeleton Witchers.
