The gameplay is a tycoon about creating and staffing a mighty military base. In the future, all this power should be used for battles.
Currently there is only a campaign mode. Survival with randomly generated challenges is planned in the future.
I highly recommend getting some decent training. Here they will tell you the basics of construction and training specialists, and show you how to prepare for one mission.
I don’t often focus on this, but the tutorial is very well done. They clearly explain what needs to be done. Flashing arrows appear where necessary; you can figure out some of the points yourself from the task descriptions. That is, you need two signalmen, which means it’s clearly visible.
Hard to learn, easy to fight.
When developing our military camp, everything is built on several main points. Let’s consider them sequentially.
Base buildings. Recruiting recruits “in the open field” is not suitable. They will simply then become less effective, or even desert altogether. To prevent this from happening or to reduce such unfortunate probabilities to a minimum, it is necessary to erect generally useful buildings to maintain normal life activity.
– Electric generator. In the end there will be a decent number of them. Without electricity, the rest of the buildings do not function.
– Kitchen. Without food you can’t go anywhere.
– Building for technical staff. Utility workers repair buildings, deliver supplies inside the base.
– Barracks. Basic location for placing hired fighters and restoring their stamina.
– Entertainment building. If the fighters turn sour, then expect discontent.

It is important not only to build buildings, but also to maintain them in functioning condition. Ensure that there is enough electricity (the power supply may vary), consumable supplies (and that they are delivered to the appropriate sites), that buildings are being repaired and are connected to the general road network.
In parallel with the construction, there is recruitment. Let’s say a kitchen is installed, which means you need to hire a cook there right away.
Potential fighters, with random properties, come to a special reception point, which is located at the entrance to the base. They are there for some time and if they were not hired, they disappear forever.
If you hover the mouse cursor over a recruit, the starting parameters and, if any, the unit’s perks will be displayed. For example, someone quickly gains experience in pumping up strength, which means it’s logical that he should go there, to the corresponding building.
But you need to approach this matter carefully, sometimes you will have to hire a not entirely suitable fighter.
If you look closely at the units, it becomes obvious that they have four main parameters: strength, intelligence, speed and accuracy. Initially, recruits should be sent to train these qualities in the appropriate buildings. These are, as it were, the four pillars of unit development.
There is also a fifth one, which is not formally displayed – scientists. These guys seem to work separately (but they still need the appropriate buildings and resources).
Researchers generate development points, for which we can qualitatively improve base buildings and their functionality.
When the appropriate parameter level is reached, the unit can receive specialization. Specializations can be simple or complex, even very complex. There are a total of five gradations/tiers of professionals. The most powerful pros will have five simpler specializations. And this is all – buildings, training, supplies. To train one high-quality specialist you will need a wagonload of money and time.
We train fighters not just to be there, but to be sent on combat missions.
The world is captured by villains who must be stopped and the territories liberated from their power. To do this, you will need to carry out missions where trained specialists will come in handy.
For each task, clearly indicated specialties of fighters are required.
Victory is not always easy. Our warriors may “die”. Fortunately, knocked out units recover after some time and are ready to rush into battle again.
In order for soldiers, in principle, to be able to go on a mission, it is necessary to build a helipad at the base.
There are several important additional points.
The economy of occupied locations generates gold. For him, hiring of units and construction takes place. There is a general balance of income and expenses per day. Buildings cost money, soldiers receive cash allowances.
There is a day/night cycle. It is necessary to plan for some units to work on the night shift.
Using the camera, you can rotate the location of the base, as well as zoom in and out, highlight buildings and units. All this is very useful and contributes to immersion in the atmosphere.
By selecting a fighter or building, we get complete information about them. In buildings, this is the composition of students, the supply of consumables, the technical condition in terms of repairs. The fighters are told who is assigned where for training, who lives where, how their mood is.

Wonderful tycoon about creating a military base. A large amount of content: buildings, leveling up units, technologies, economic planning. Early Access plays more than decently. The only problem may be the lack of Russian localization of the text. But you can improve your English quite well, since the descriptions and names are short.
